What we did: Marjolein worked as an interim communication advisor for the Twente Fire Brigade for two years. Consequently, she developed and provided communication strategies and services, including:

• designing and executing communication plans;
• content creation for internal and external communication purposes (e.g. web copy, promotional material and magazines);
• social media management;
• employer branding;
• publishing press release,;responding to media inquiries;
• marketing & communication of events, e.g. open house events of local fire stations, and the open day at Technology Base (10.000 visitors);
• corporate video production;

About: The Twente Fire Brigade (Brandweer Twente) provides firefighting services such as risk control, incident control and crisis management. It has 29 local fire stations in Twente and consists of approximately 1000 professional and voluntary firefighters and support staff.
